Holidays

CollarFolk helps you explore, select and book properties for holidays with your pet. You can do a quick search on our homepage based on the destination you have in mind or search properties based on the drive distance from your city. On the Holidays page you can also explore different experiences that CollarFolk holidays have to offer. After browsing through different properties you can create a wishlist and once you have made your choice, click on book to be directed to the booking page.

We consider a property pet friendly, if their policies allow your pet to accompany you during your stay at the property. The facilities and amenities offered by each hotel/resort/homestay vary. You can access their detailed pet policy when you view the listing.

You need to signup with CollarFolk in order to book a property. On the property listing page you will have the ‘book’ button, click on it to be redirected to the bookings page. Enter your travel dates and your booking request will be forwarded to the concerned property. Within 24 hours the property will either confirm or cancel the request basis room availability on the said dates via email. If confirmed, you will receive a link to the payments page via email, click on it to complete the payment, the link expires after 24 hours. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a payment success and booking confirmation mail from CollarFolk.

You pay the room fare plus pet fee (if any) as mentioned by the property in their listing. Taxes as applicable will be charged. No extra room charge/fee over and above this amount will be levied by CollarFolk. A convenience fee is levied at a flat amount of INR 200 for the booking.

Once you have submitted a booking request, within 24 hours the property will either confirm or cancel the request basis room availability on the said dates via email. If confirmed, you will receive a link to the payments page via email, click on it to complete the payment, the link expires after 24 hours. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a payment success and booking confirmation mail from CollarFolk. Our payment gateway service provider is CC Avenue and you will see their name on your itemized bank statements.

You can login to your account and manage bookings from your dashboard. However, a modification / cancellation / refund will take place as per the property’s stated terms in this regard on their listing page.

The cancellation / refund policy varies from property to property since we extend their cancellation / refund terms to the customers. Therefore, please go through the stated refund / cancellation policy (on the listing page) for the property that you are booking.

You need to sign in to your CollarFolk account first. You can write a review via your account dashboard or on the property’s listing page.

Transportation

You can book by dialing our helpline number +91 88 00 686 555 or click on the ‘Services’ and enter your trip details to book the cab. You will receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number with the car details if the booking is confirmed.

– One hour up to 10 kms–Rs 500
– 2 hours up to 30 kms–Rs 750
– 4 hours up to 50 kms–Rs 1000
– 8 hours up to 80 kms–Rs 1400
– Out station – On request

Payment for the cab service has to be made after completion of the ride, in cash against an invoice.

Sign-up with CollarFolk to list your property. Once you sign-in to your account, you will be directed to the ‘create listing’ page to list your property.

Sign in to your CollarFolk account and manage and modify your listing using the partner dashboard.

Our partner dashboard and listing page allows you to enter more than one room fare basis the time of the year. You can also change the existing fares at any time, however, any confirmed bookings made prior to this change need to honored at the earlier mentioned room fare.

Once a customer makes a booking request for your property, you will be notified via email. You have 24 hours to accept or cancel that booking. If confirmed, the customer will complete the payment process within 24 hours of your confirmation. CollarFolk will transfer the said amount less the agreed service fee before the customer checks in to your property.

You do not need to update your property calendar with CollarFolk on a daily basis. CollarFolk will notify you of any booking request made and you have 24 hours to accept or cancel that booking basis room availability.

Yes, using the same login details you can add more than one listing on the CollarFolk website.

We recommend keeping a security deposit or credit card details of a guest at the time of check-in for such contingencies. CollarFolk will not collect such deposits from the customers, nor will be liable to pay for any damages on their behalf.
